Job Description

A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Drive adoption of new technologies for remote tech and e-commerce applications.

  • Oversee performance management of digital platforms used for lead generation and maximize the utilization of leads generated on these platforms.

  • Expand the reach of Medtronic products into new accounts across the country.

  • Manage vendor relationships and backend data for various chatbots deployed throughout Asia, including Line OA, WhatsApp, Kakao Talk, and Zalo.

  • Identify “white space” accounts, gather contact information, and enrich data for remote sales accounts.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to encourage adoption of remote technology tools for training and case support.

  • Implement virtual product demonstration tools and enable these capabilities for the remote sales team.

  • Maintain account information and develop new virtual channels to engage customers.

  • Lead initiatives to enhance customer experience and drive employee engagement projects.

SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM: Typically an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals. The majority of time is spent delivering and overseeing the projects – from design to implementation - while and adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management and tech adoption

  • Practical experience in working across geographies in Asia.

  • Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to identify challenges and opportunities, delivering value-added solutions.

  • Self-motivated and capable of independently managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A). .
