The Remote Services Engineer is responsible for delivering high-quality remote support and diagnostics for building systems, automation equipment, and connected devices. This role involves proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of customer systems to ensure uptime, efficiency, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and analyze system performance using remote diagnostic tools. Establish & Maintain Remote Connectivity 
2. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HVAC, BMS, or automation systems.
3. Execute remote commissioning, configuration, and updates of BMS systems.
4. Collaborate with field service teams to resolve complex issues.
5. Document service activities, findings, and recommendations.
6. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and feedback loops.
7. Ensure compliance with safety, cybersecurity, and data privacy standards.

Qualifications & Technical Skills :

1. Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical, other)
2. Has basic understanding of Service Agreements, contracts, SLAs, Corrective/Preventive Maintenance services.
3. Awareness of Remote Service delivery (Call/Incident mgmt. & planned/scheduled activity management) will be an advantage.
4. Basic Knowledge of Building Technology domain (HVAC, Fire, Security). Deep Knowledge of Siemens BMS Applications.
5. Kindly note - This is a shift-based job and requires working in shifts and weekends.
