Our Client is a specialized nuclear and utility staffing firm based in McKinney, Texas, with over 20 years of exclusive focus on the energy sector. They serve as a Tier 1 preferred vendor for leading managed service providers (MSPs) and support critical infrastructure, including nuclear power plants and investor-owned utilities nationwide. Their reputation is built on delivering high-quality technical talent with unmatched speed—maintaining a constant deployment of 50–60 active consultants across the United States.
The Role
Our Client is seeking a high-urgency MSP Sourcer / Recruiting Coordinator to lead the identification and qualification of top-tier technical talent. This is a critical, front-line role where speed and accuracy are the primary drivers of success. Operating in a "live submission-window" environment, the Sourcer must be able to move from a new requirement to active candidate outreach in under 20 minutes. This role is designed for a recruitment professional who understands that in MSP-managed programs, being an hour late is the same as not submitting at all.
Key Responsibilities
High-Speed Sourcing & Outreach
Monitors MSP partner portals and initiates candidate outreach within 20 minutes of a new requisition's receipt.
Executes multi-channel outbound campaigns using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and direct outreach tools.
Builds and maintains a "live hotlist" of pre-qualified candidates for high-frequency roles in nuclear operations, engineering, and project management.
Sources against tight submission windows while ensuring every candidate is a genuine fit, not just a keyword match.
Candidate Qualification & Screening
Conducts rapid, structured phone screens to verify technical alignment, compensation expectations, and work authorization.
Distinguishes between paper-qualified candidates and those who truly own the technical work described on their resumes.
Prepares polished, submission-ready candidate profiles for MSP portal entry.
Exercises the judgment to hold back submittals if quality is questionable, even under heavy deadline pressure.
Portal & Requisition Management
Manages 10–30+ simultaneous open requisitions across various client programs (Pinnacle Group, Allegis, Guidant Global, etc.).
Navigates VMS/MSP portals such as Fieldglass, Beeline, and Workday with 100% accuracy and speed.
Maintains real-time ATS records (Bullhorn preferred) with up-to-date screening notes and submission history.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience in a staffing agency, MSP, or high-volume environment.
Speed & Urgency: Proven ability to manage 10+ simultaneous reqs with a record of "req-to-outreach" times under 20 minutes.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-Ray search techniques, and ATS platforms (Bullhorn strongly preferred).
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills with a professional, high-stakes communication style.
Setup: Reliable high-speed internet suitable for continuous remote sourcing and voice calls.
Availability: Full-time availability during US Central business hours is non-negotiable.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the nuclear, power generation, or utilities sectors.
Familiarity with MSP/VMS environments (Fieldglass, Beeline, Workday).
Knowledge of technical job families (I&C, nuclear maintenance, engineering).
Experience with contact data tools like SignalHire, Apollo, or ZoomInfo.
