
Job Title: Remote Sessional Counsellor/Psychotherapist
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £36,500 per annum based on a full time equivalent + fantastic benefits
Working Hours: Minimum 3 days per week - Monday, Thursday and Friday or weekends. Open to Tuesday and Wednesday if working over 3 days a week.
Shift Pattern: Service is open Monday to Sunday, 7.5-hour shifts with a 30 minute lunch break. Shifts start from 8:00 am and the latest finish is at 8pm. One late shift or a Saturday/Sunday shift required.
Working days and hours are subject to service demands and will be discussed prior to the interview
Location: Remote – home-based (UK Only)

As a Counsellor/Psychotherapist, you will provide high-quality, effective, and safe remote counselling to Bupa customers over the short, medium, or longer term. You will work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary clinical team, liaising daily with internal and external services, organisations, and safeguarding agencies.
