Job Title: Remote Senior SEO Specialist (100% Work From Home)


Location: Remote from Latin America
Position Type: Full-time or Contract
Salary: $3,000 - 4,000 USD/month
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST

Our Client is an award-winning digital marketing agency based in Austin, TX, specializing in the Home Services and Healthcare industries (including HVAC, plumbing, dental, and medical clinics). They are strictly ROI-obsessed, focusing on generating revenue and high-quality leads rather than vanity metrics. Their SEO philosophy is holistic and highly customized, covering technical, on-page, off-page, and local strategies to meet the specific needs of each partner.
The Role

Our Client is seeking an analytical and results-driven SEO Specialist to own and execute comprehensive search strategies. This role requires a professional who can conduct deep technical audits, build intent-based content strategies, and manage complex local SEO campaigns. The specialist will be responsible for the full SEO lifecycle—from technical fixes and schema markup to link building and AI-powered workflow optimization—ensuring that client websites not only rank higher but convert effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Technical & On-Page SEO

  • Conducts full SEO audits to identify structural problems, builds actionable solutions, and tracks long-term results.
  • Handles technical SEO requirements including site speed optimization, schema markup, XML sitemaps, 301 redirects, and crawl error resolution.
  • Implements on-page optimizations, including title tags, meta descriptions, internal linking structures, and content headers.
  • Utilizes AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to streamline keyword clustering, content ideation, and technical audit workflows.

Local SEO & Link Building

  • Builds and manages local SEO strategies, focusing on Google Business Profile optimization, citation management, and NAP consistency.
  • Executes link-building campaigns through outreach, link auditing, and the acquisition of high-quality backlinks.
  • Optimizes location-specific pages to dominate local map pack rankings.

Content & Strategy Evolution

  • Performs keyword research and builds content strategies based on search intent, competition, and SERP behavior.
  • Writes or optimizes SEO content for blog posts and service pages that are designed to rank and convert.
  • Monitors rankings, traffic, and conversions using tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.
  • Stays ahead of Google algorithm updates and evolves strategies to include AI and LLM visibility (Perplexity, SearchGPT).


Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven track record of traffic growth and lead generation.
  • Technical Mastery: Expert knowledge of technical SEO (site speed, schema, indexing) and proficiency with Screaming Frog.
  • Tool Proficiency: Daily experience with Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
  • Local SEO: Deep expertise in Google Business Profile management and local ranking factors.
  • AI Integration: Proven ability to use AI platforms to accelerate SEO research and execution.
  • Communication: Strong English skills with the ability to deliver clear performance reports and explain strategies to the team.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous agency experience managing multiple high-stakes client accounts simultaneously.
  • Specific SEO experience within the Home Services or Healthcare sectors.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or WordPress development for troubleshooting.
  • Experience with user behavior tools (Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity) or Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).


90-Day Success Plan

  • Days 1–30 (Onboarding): The Specialist will learn the client’s specific SEO processes and industries, completing a full audit on an assigned account and identifying a prioritized technical action plan.
  • Days 31–60 (Execution): The Specialist will independently manage 3–5 client accounts, implementing on-page fixes and launching local SEO improvements while delivering the first round of performance reports.
  • Days 61–90 (Ownership): The Specialist will fully own the strategy and execution for their accounts, showing measurable progress in rankings or leads and contributing new AI-driven workflows to the wider team.
