Job Title: Remote Senio r Recruiter (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary: $1500 USD per month + commission per placement & extra performance bonus!
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CDT (flexible)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Screen candidate profiles and resumes to identify top talent aligned with each role
  • Interview candidates via video and assess fit based on job requirements and client needs
  • Design and run engaging assessments (mock calls, case studies, personality tests)
  • Partner closely with our Client Experience team to coordinate and schedule client interviews
  • Manage 8+ open roles at once across different industries
  • Move fast while staying organized, keeping pipelines clean and up to date
  • Support Recruitment Leads with ad-hoc projects and new initiatives
  • Share ideas, improve processes, and help shape how we recruit as we scale
  • Show up with energy, ownership, and a “let’s make it happen” mindset

What We’re Looking For

  • You’re based in Latin America and excited about working 100% remotely
  • You have a reliable internet connection and a quiet space for calls
  • You speak and write excellent English
  • You’re people-centered, empathetic, and naturally curious
  • You have 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (agency experience is a must)
  • You’re organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple roles at once
  • You take ownership, communicate clearly, and follow through
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked with US-based clients or agencies
