Job Title: Remote Senior Paid Media Specialist (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary$3,000 - 4,000 USD/month depending on experience paid via Gusto Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Central Time
Our client is looking for a senior-level PPC expert who knows how to dig into data, optimize fast, and deliver measurable results. If you’ve spent years inside a digital-marketing agency managing high-performing campaigns for e-commerce and lead-gen clients, thrive on analytics, and love turning insights into outcomes, this role is for you. You’ll be the go-to for execution excellence: building, optimizing, and scaling campaigns that make a real impact for clients.
Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms
  
• Own daily performance and hit CPA / ROAS / conversion targets
  
• Analyze data to uncover trends and growth opportunities
  
• Create and maintain dashboards (AgencyAnalytics, Looker Studio, CallRail, etc.)
  
• Collaborate with account managers and creative teams
  
• Present performance updates and recommendations to clients

Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:

Required:

• 4+ years of PPC experience in a digital-marketing agency (required)
  
• Advanced Google Ads expertise (Search, Display, Performance Max), including writing creative, compelling copy
  
• Proven success in both e-commerce and lead-generation campaigns
  
• Strong analytical and reporting skills—you’re fluent in data
  
• Comfortable communicating directly with clients
  
• Able to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
