Remote Sales/Appointment Booker (Real Estate)

Location: Remote (South Africa)

Line Manager: Sales Manager

Salary: R18,000 - R25,000 basic + Commission in Pounds (£) (Commission structure to be discussed in interviews)

Working Hours: UK Hours 9 AM to 5 PM OR 10 AM to 6 PM

About the Role

Our client, a leading UK-based estate agency, is looking for a highly motivated Demo Booker (Sales Role) to join their team. This is a telephone-based sales role where previous sales and real estate experience is essential.

As part of the sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for calling UK-based estate agents to schedule appointments for the sales team. These appointments will provide estate agents with an opportunity to learn about our range of lead-generation and nurturing products.

Your role will involve both current clients and new prospects, identifying their needs and demonstrating how our solutions can help their business grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to UK-based estate agents to book appointments
• Engaging in meaningful conversations to understand client needs
• Managing and updating the CRM system with accurate details
• Working closely with the sales and marketing team to maximize conversion rates
• Handing over scheduled appointments to the UK-based sales team for face-to-face meetings

Requirements

• Grade 12 minimum qualification
• Sales & Real Estate Experience (Essential) Previous experience in a sales-focused role within the real estate industry is required
• Excellent communication skills Clear English accent that resonates well with UK clients
• Confident & Enthusiastic A great telephone manner and ability to build relationships
• Comfortable with Cold Calling Ability to engage prospects and handle objections professionally
• Experience working with clients & nurturing leads
• Basic CRM Knowledge Comfortable using customer relationship management systems
