Job Title: Remote Sales Representative (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America
Position Type:Full Time
Salary: $1,000 – $1,300 USD/month base + 2% commission on closed revenue ($2,000 – $2,500+ USD On-Target Earnings)
Schedule: Full-time (Approx. 40 hours/week). Shifts will be scheduled within the window of 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM local US business hours. Weekend availability may be required based on pipeline volume.

The Role
Our Client is seeking a highly motivated, empathetic, and relationship-driven Inbound Sales Representative to act as the primary commercial engine of the brand. This is a phone-forward, high-volume inside sales role centered on converting active inbound leads into scheduled premium services. The successful candidate will excel at establishing rapid digital and verbal rapport, guiding prospective customers through service matrices, overcoming pricing objections confidently, and maintaining consistent follow-up pipelines.
Key Responsibilities

Inbound Lead Conversion & Relationship Building

  • Responds rapidly and professionally to inbound inquiries across multiple channels, including phone calls, text messages, and web forms.

  • Establishes immediate trust and rapport with prospective clients, utilizing a warm and persuasive communication style.

  • Qualifies customer needs, diagnoses vehicle conditions virtually, and confidently recommends the ideal high-ticket detailing packages.

  • Executes structured, consistent follow-up sequences with unclosed leads to maximize the overall pipeline conversion rate.

  • Overcomes objections regarding pricing, scheduling, or service packages calmly, confidently, and professionally.

Pipeline Management & Commercial Strategy

  • Maintains meticulous, real-time records of all client interactions, lead statuses, and booking data within the company CRM.

  • Meets and consistently exceeds established monthly sales volume and gross revenue conversion targets.

  • Collaborates directly with operations management to share frontline customer insights, refine conversational scripts, and optimize the overall buyer journey.

  • Navigates real-time technician availability constraints to ensure field routes remain optimized and highly profitable.

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies
Required Qualifications
  • Language Integration: Complete verbal and written English fluency with a highly engaging, articulate, and natural phone presence tailored for US-based consumers.

  • Communication & Presence: Exceptional interpersonal skills, characterized by high empathy, active listening, and an energetic, personable conversational approach.

  • Sales Aptitude: A distinct, goal-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for inside sales, consultative closing, and navigating customer objections without being pushy.

  • Operational Discipline: High level of self-motivation and personal accountability to maintain consistent outbound activity and sharp data entry in a fully remote environment.

  • Workplace Infrastructure: Ownership of a dedicated, completely quiet home office environment, a reliable computer setup with a professional headset, and a rock-solid, high-speed internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales, appointment setting, lead conversion, or call center customer support roles.

  • Direct background handling inbound sales cycles for residential services, automotive services, or local consumer-facing trades.

  • Hands-on proficiency utilizing modern CRM tracking databases and cloud-based communication systems.
