The Role: Fuel Your Passion for Sales

This position is focused on outbound calling, giving you the chance to be the first point of contact for our members' next great adventure.

• Inspire New Adventures: Proactively reach out to members via outbound calls to introduce them to exciting travel products and services.
• Turn Conversations into Sales: Use your natural persuasion skills and our proven sales process to connect with customers, navigate objections, and close deals.
• Share Your Travel Expertise: Act as a consultant for our members, helping them discover the perfect hotels, cruises, and resorts.
• Drive Your Success: Take ownership of your daily activity to consistently meet and smash your monthly sales goals.

The Profile We’re Looking For

We want team members who take personal accountability for their results and bring a competitive, can do spirit to every call.

• Sales Background: 3+ years of sales experience, ideally within the travel industry or high-energy outbound call centers.
• Bilingual Excellence: High-level fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for communicating with our diverse membership.
• Resilient Mindset: A pride-driven personality with the work ethic to stay focused and motivated in a fast-paced environment.
• Home-Based Success: The ability to maintain a professional, quiet work environment while working from home.
