Job Title: Remote Sales & Operations Associate (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America
Position Type: Full-time, 3-month probation period
Salary: $1,300 - 2,500 USD/month depending on experience
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST) with 1-hour break

Our client is a fast-growing company in the cannabis supply chain, specializing in the distribution of pre-rolled cones for brands operating in legal recreational markets.
They leverage patented automation technology and AI-enabled sales tools to deliver high-quality products and optimize customer experience. With a strong focus on innovation and growth, they are expanding rapidly and building a high-performance team.

Our client is seeking a Sales & Operations Associate to support both revenue growth and operational execution.

This hybrid role combines sales support, customer relationship management, and order fulfillment coordination, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment and enjoys balancing client interaction with operational precision.

Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Support outbound prospecting and lead generation efforts

  • Build and maintain strong B2B customer relationships

  • Maintain accurate CRM records (sales activity, customer interactions, order status)

  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

  • Prepare quotes and share product information

  • Coordinate product sample shipments

Operations & Order Management

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently

  • Coordinate with suppliers and freight partners to ensure timely fulfillment

  • Track shipments and proactively communicate updates to customers

  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics providers

  • Resolve order discrepancies and customer concerns professionally

General & Administrative

  • Maintain organized digital records and documentation

  • Ensure accurate data entry across systems

  • Handle confidential information with discretion

  • Use judgment and initiative to solve non-routine issues

  • Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and workflows

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in an English sales of physical products (non-software)

  • 2+ years of experience fulfilling orders for physical products (not software), from factory/warehouse to customer, in an English speaking environment

  • Strong English proficiency ( C1–C2, written and verbal)

  • Excellent communication skills (phone, email, messaging)

  • Experience with tools such as Pipedrive, Apollo, and Microsoft Office

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

  • High accountability and proactive mindset

  • High-speed, reliable internet connection
