You're about to embark on an exciting journey with Costa's Sales Source Market department As a Remote Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of defining our business activities and strategies. Here's a glimpse of your key responsibilities:

  • Agency Partnership Development: Take ownership of a portfolio of travel agencies, building strong, long-term relationships that drive engagement, trust, and loyalty.
  • Primary Agency Support: Serve as the main point of contact for your agencies, delivering proactive remote support via calls, emails, and virtual meetings to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Training & Product Enablement: Deliver engaging remote sales trainings and product presentations, empowering agencies with the knowledge and confidence to successfully promote our offerings.
  • Performance & Opportunity Management: Monitor portfolio performance, track interactions in the CRM, and identify growth opportunities through data-driven insights.
  • Sales Collaboration & Alignment: Work closely with the Sales Director and Field Sales Managers to align strategies, share insights, and support overall sales success.
