Our client is looking for a Sales & Legal Operations Specialist to own the commercial and contract workflows that power our deals, revenue generation, and client operations. You will guide prospects through proposals and contract discussions, review and redline MSAs, NDAs, Order Forms, and pilot agreements, and ensure contracts move smoothly from first draft to signature to renewal. This role sits at the intersection of sales operations, legal operations, contract management, and compliance. You will serve as the central point of contact for contract related matters, complete client questionnaires, support SOC2 and due diligence reviews, and ensure every deal is accurate, compliant, and aligned with business goals, while operating in a fast growth environment that requires anticipating needs, adapting quickly, and taking full ownership of evolving processes.
Responsibilities:
  • Guide prospects through proposals and commercial terms, ensuring clarity, momentum, and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Draft, review, and redline MSAs, NDAs, Order Forms, pilot agreements, and other commercial documents.
  • Negotiate contractual and commercial terms with prospective customers.
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle, including preparation, signature, tracking, documentation, renewals, obligations, and compliance requirements.
  • Complete client security questionnaires, vendor due diligence forms, SOC2 documentation, TCPA coordination, and Compliance Shield workflows.
  • Support invoicing and collections by reviewing revenue data, monitoring AR, identifying gaps, and following up on unpaid invoices.
  • Maintain organized documentation, templates, and contract repositories, and create lightweight internal systems (dashboards, trackers, checklists) to increase visibility and reduce operational friction.
  • Develop commercial proposals, business case summaries, and support materials that clarify value and advance opportunities.

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies: Required:
  • +10 years of experience in Sales Operations, Legal Operations, Contract Management, or a hybrid commercial legal role (ideally in B2B SaaS).
  • Advanced English level (C2)
  • Comfort operating in a fast growth startup environment, with the ability to anticipate needs, adapt quickly, and take full ownership of emerging workflows.
  • Strong ability to draft, redline, and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Understanding of contract structure, data protection considerations, and standard terms (liability, indemnity, renewals, usage based components, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex contract concepts for non legal stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and operational rigor, with the ability to manage multiple deals, timelines, and obligations simultaneously.
  • Ability to work cross functionally with founders, engineering, operations, finance, and external counsel to move deals forward.
  • Ownership mindset, adaptability, curiosity, and the ability to bring order and clarity to evolving commercial processes.
Nice-to-have:
  • Contract negotiation experience with enterprise clients.
  • Familiarity with invoicing, billing requirements, AR tracking, or revenue workflows.
  • Experience completing security questionnaires or due diligence packages.
  • Exposure to SOC2 requirements, vendor due diligence, or compliance workflows.
  • Experience building contract playbooks, clause libraries, or repeatable workflows.
  • Background in deal desk, revenue operations, or sales enablement.
  • Prior startup or early stage experience wearing multiple operational hats.
  • Experience in fast growth environments, showing the ability to anticipate needs, adapt quickly, and proactively own processes.

Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation (salary + equity—we share the upside).
  • Paid Parental Leave & Flexible Time Off.
  • US Holidays
  • Remote role aligned to Miami working hours, with occasional travel to their Miami HQ for team onsite (if remote)
