Job Title: Remote Sales Development Representative (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary $1,500 USD/month base + Performance Bonuses (~$500 USD/month)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Includes 1-hour lunch break) Our Client is a specialized sales development consultancy that partners with early-stage B2B tech startups in the United States to drive growth through structured outbound prospecting. They act as a strategic partner, offering high-touch, fractional SDR support to help tech companies scale their revenue. As a results-oriented organization, Our Client provides a unique, international environment where team members represent cutting-edge startups to executive-level prospects across the US market.
The Role
Our Client is seeking a driven, English-fluent Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Mexico to join their delivery team. This is a fast-paced, high-activity role where the successful candidate will manage outbound prospecting for two clients concurrently. The SDR is the "tip of the spear" for business growth, responsible for launching email campaigns and conducting high-volume cold calling to set qualified meetings. This role is ideal for a hungry, coachable professional who wants to master the art of B2B sales within the US technology sector.
Responsibilities:

Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Conducts high-volume outbound outreach, maintaining a daily target of 100 calls (distributed across two clients).

  • Launches and manages outbound email campaigns using provided tools, sequences, and pre-prepared scripts.

  • Represents US-based B2B tech startups in a professional, articulate, and persuasive manner to executive-level decision-makers.

  • Focuses on generating and setting as many Sales-Qualified Meetings (SQMs) as possible to drive client growth.

Data Management & CRM

  • Logs all prospect interaction data and call outcomes with precision in the CRM (HubSpot or similar).

  • Ensures contact lists and lead data remain organized and actionable.

  • Tracks and reports on daily activity metrics to ensure consistency in execution.

Client Representation & Strategy

  • Operates as a solo contributor, deeply immersing themselves in the value propositions of two different tech startups.

  • Participates in weekly team check-ins to review performance, strategy, and feedback.

  • Maintains a high level of resilience and professional persistence when navigating rejection.


Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree is required.

  • Language: Fluent/Advanced English (spoken and written) is a non-negotiable requirement; must be able to converse naturally with US executives.

  • Experience: While no specific years of experience are required, a background in outbound sales, customer service, or call centers is a significant plus.

  • Communication: Clear, articulate, and professional verbal communication skills.

  • Technical Savvy: Basic familiarity with CRM data entry and email outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, HubSpot, Mailshake).

  • Attributes: High goal orientation, coachability, and a "self-starter" mentality. Must be comfortable with high-volume calling and structured feedback.

  • Target Profile: Our client is specifically looking for driven, high-energy young professionals (ideally under 28) who are eager to learn and have no resistance to structured sales processes.
