Salary ~$1,385.60 USD/month ($8/hr base) + Variable Commission Plan
Schedule: Monday – Saturday (1 rotating day off), 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time (CT) (Includes 1-hour lunch)
Our Client is a rapidly growing US-based startup operating multiple franchises within the Scenthound network, focusing on routine dog hygiene and wellness. With an aggressive expansion plan to add new locations every six months, they are building a world-class remote Business Development Center (BDC). This center acts as the operational heart of the business, managing membership sales and scheduling for all clinics to ensure a seamless experience for pet parents and maximum efficiency for their locations.
The Role
Our Client is seeking a process-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to serve as the first point of contact for new customers. This role is built for a high-energy professional who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and excels at converting prospects into members. As the voice of the brand, the successful candidate will handle high-volume inbound and outbound communication, educate pet owners on wellness memberships, and manage complex scheduling with extreme precision to drive revenue and clinic growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Membership Conversion
Manages high-volume inbound and outbound calls using GoHighLevel to set trial appointments.
Converts prospects into active members by effectively communicating the value of routine dog wellness care.
Confidently educates customers and upcells memberships based on specific pet needs.
Achieves performance targets related to scheduled appointments, trial attendance, and memberships won.
Scheduling & Calendar Precision
Handles accurate appointment booking for new and existing customers to prevent revenue loss.
Manages multiple location calendars simultaneously, ensuring peak clinic efficiency.
Strictly follows all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to minimize data-entry errors and maintain low call-handling times.
Customer Experience & Professionalism
Acts as a welcoming and professional brand ambassador in every interaction.
Handles sensitive customer situations (such as service cancellations or deceased pets) with extreme empathy and composure.
Maintains a positive, resilient tone while navigating a high-activity environment.
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies
Experience: 1–2+ years of proven success in an SDR, inside sales, or high-volume call center environment.
Language: Near-native English (C1/C2) with excellent conversational fluency and professional writing skills.
Technical Skills: Comfortable navigating CRM platforms (experience with GoHighLevel is a significant advantage) and scheduling software.
Setup: Must have a reliable computer, stable internet, and a professional noise-canceling headset.
Soft Skills: High attention to detail, process-driven personality, and the ability to follow multi-step instructions without cutting corners.
Coachability: Takes constructive feedback positively and implements corrections immediately.
