Our client is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel our growth. As an SDR, you will be on the front lines of our sales efforts — generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads for our Account Executives. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who is eager to learn, thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, and is excited about building relationships with prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, identify, and engage potential prospects through outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls or product demos for Account Executives.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities through diligent prospecting efforts.
  • Understand customer needs and effectively communicate the company’s value proposition.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and the Sales VP to develop prospecting strategies
  • Log all activities, notes, and interactions in the CRM system to ensure accurate pipeline tracking.
  • Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly activity metrics (calls, emails, meetings booked).
  • Act as the first point of contact and brand ambassador for the company

Requirements

Must-have Skills / Qualifications:

  • 0–2 years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience.
  • Familiarity with SaaS sales or B2B technology sales is highly preferred.
  • Must be comfortable with performing task such as cold calling and other outreach initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, resilient, and goal-driven.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and handle objections professionally.
  • Comfortable working in a remote startup environment.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools like Hubspot is a big plus
  • Eagerness to learn and grow into an Account Executive role over time.
  • Must have their own equipment

Schedule: 12 PM to 8 PM UK Time
