Job Description


This is a remote position.


We are seeking a highly skilled Revit/ArchiCAD Draughtsman for a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Revit & ArchiCAD and a strong understanding of technical building design, including data centres, hospitals, and energy centres. You will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings and collaborating with a larger team to deliver high-quality projects. This is a fully remote role and the successful candidate must have
BIM experience and be able to produce spec documents out of the 3D model.


Requirements


High proficiency in REVIT/ArchiCAD with the following skills:


  • Experienced in collaboration with larger team structures

  • High level modelling

  • High level technical detailing

  • Specifications and scheduling

  • Ability to create detailed architectural drawings and models

  • Experience in designing complex technical buildings (data centres, hospitals, energy centres)

  • Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with other disciplines

  • Strong communication skills to convey design intent and coordinate with project stakeholders

  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in drawings and specifications

  • Ability to identify and resolve design challenges and propose innovative solutions

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines

  • Prior experience in architectural drafting and design, preferably in a technical building environment
