Peregrine Health - Redefining Behavioral Healthcare
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
100% Remote | Full-Time W-2 | No Nights, Weekends, or Call
Peregrine Health is hiring experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners licensed in Florida to expand access to behavioral health care in rural and underserved communities.
This is a full-time, 100% remote clinical position for PMHNPs who want meaningful clinical work, predictable hours, and the support of a team that handles much of the administrative burden surrounding licensing, credentialing, technology, and care delivery.
You will have the autonomy to make evidence-based clinical decisions while collaborating with primary care providers, therapists, and operational teams to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
** Peregrine covers licensing fees for any additional states in which you are assigned to practice.
You believe behavioral health care should be accessible, coordinated, and centered on meaningful patient outcomes.
You make confident, evidence-based clinical decisions while valuing interdisciplinary collaboration. You build trust with patients and care teams, take a proactive approach to barriers in care, and consider both medical and psychosocial factors when developing treatment plans.
Peregrine Health partners with community health organizations to expand access to behavioral health care. Our therapists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and psychiatrists provide virtual care to patients in underserved communities across the country, many of whom would otherwise wait weeks or months to be seen.
Community health is the only setting we serve. Our team, technology, and operating model are purpose-built for the patients and communities that need behavioral health care most.

For clinics in underserved communities, Peregrine Health provides a comprehensive behavioral health solution that goes beyond simple telehealth visits. Our innovative technology, dedicated operational support, and expert guidance ensures seamless care coordination and accessible, quality behavioral health care for all patients who need it.
