Job Title: Remote Property Manager (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $2,000 – $3,000 USD/month (Commensurate with experience)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Mountain Time alignment)

Job Overview

Our Client is seeking a versatile, tech-forward Property Manager with real, hands-on experience across multiple asset classes. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operational execution of a mixed real estate portfolio, ensuring high tenant satisfaction, prompt vendor resolution, and strict accountability from field teams. Reporting directly to the Business Director, this role requires a high-ownership mindset, exceptional remote communication skills, and an authentic enthusiasm for adopting modern AI and technology tools to optimize property workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Operations & Asset Management

• Serves as the primary remote point of contact for all tenant communications across a diverse mixed-use portfolio (RV resorts, multifamily, retail, storage, and flex/industrial space).
• Executes lease renewals, rent collections, delinquency follow-ups, and end-to-end move-in/move-out coordination.
• Coordinates maintenance operations and vendor relationships, systematically scheduling, following up on, and closing out work orders.
• Maintains real-time accuracy within property management software platforms and oversees a high volume of daily inbound emails and phone calls.
• Assists the reservations manager with booking workflows and operational logistics for a high-activity RV resort.
• Tracks and reports on key performance metrics across the portfolio, identifying solutions for leadership before flagging bottlenecks.

Team Coordination & Remote Leadership

• Collaborates closely with on-site staff, facility managers, and reservations personnel, providing structured support and keeping them organized from a distance.
• Acts as the primary day-to-day coordinator for utilized third-party property management firms across the portfolio.
• Holds remote field teams strictly accountable to company standards, execution timelines, and deliverables without requiring a physical presence on-site.
• Communicates seamlessly across multiple seniority levels, bridging the gap between boots-on-the-ground staff and ownership.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5+ years of dedicated property management experience, with a background managing multi-client or mixed-asset portfolios.
• Asset Depth: Strong professional background in commercial and/or multifamily residential real estate.
• Remote Management: Proven track record of managing remote professional relationships and keeping decentralized teams accountable from afar.
• Language: Strong, professional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Technical Savvy: High proficiency within Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook; comfortable managing dense email volumes and fast-paced calendar adjustments.
• Tech Mindset: Highly proactive regarding technology adoption, showing excitement toward integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate daily output.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience dealing with RV parks, glamping facilities, or short-term hospitality rental operations.
• Hands-on proficiency with industry standard platforms such as Yardi, Buildium, or similar property management software.
• Experience directly overseeing or auditing third-party property management relationships.
• Previous experience utilizing AI assistants in a professional workspace to automate communications or report summaries.
