Job Title: Remote Paid Advertising Strategist [Fashion Industry Experience] (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary $3,000 – $5,000 USD/month

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Standard 40 hours per week)

By leveraging a proprietary technology ecosystem and AI-enhanced workflows, Our Client provides forward-thinking solutions that tie marketing efforts directly to broader business success. They value autonomy, proactive communication, and a deep understanding of the marketing funnel. The Role Our Client is seeking a Paid Advertising Strategist to own the execution, performance, and growth of campaigns within their assigned book of business. This is a role for a self-starter who can autonomously manage account health while working hand-in-hand with leadership to evolve service strategies. The Strategist is responsible for the full lifecycle of campaign management—from keyword research and ad copy development to complex optimizations and high-level client reporting. This position requires a professional who can leverage data to tell a compelling story and articulate clear next steps to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Ownership & Execution

  • Fully owns and executes performance marketing via paid social and paid media native platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Ads, etc.).

  • Manages all client budgets with accurate pacing and provides expert advice on budget changes to maximize ROI.

  • Executes end-to-end campaign builds with 100% on-time delivery and rigorous QA to ensure zero revenue-impacting errors.

  • Leads continuous optimizations to drive performance improvements relative to specific client goals.

Strategic Communication & Reporting

  • Acts as the primary point of contact for internal teams regarding performance, strategy recommendations, and action items.

  • Delivers weekly client progress recaps, providing performance insights and forward-thinking future recommendations.

  • Maintains and manages client testing roadmaps and ensures the seamless execution of project next steps.

  • Uses data-driven insights to articulate results to clients, translating complex stats into actionable business stories.

Acumen & Innovation

  • Demonstrates a complete understanding of the full marketing funnel and how to execute effectively across diverse paid channels.

  • Navigates roadblocks and adapts strategies to landscape changes to ensure desired results are achieved.

  • Employs AI technologies and proprietary ecosystem tools to enhance and optimize daily business processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–3 years of digital marketing experience, with 1–2 years specifically in an agency setting.

  • Technical Expertise: 2–3 years of hands-on experience with at least 2+ major paid advertising channels (e.g., Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest).

  • Skills: Proficiency in campaign development processes, including bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy development, and full-funnel strategy.

  • Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics and the Google/Microsoft Office Suites.

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal English skills; confident in leading client-facing presentations and internal scrums.

  • Mindset: Self-motivated, highly organized, and interested in a long-term relationship with a growing company.

  • Workload Management: Managing a full book of business (typically indicated by $28K revenue per employee).
