The Role Our Client is seeking a Paid Advertising Strategist to own the execution, performance, and growth of campaigns within their B2B book of business. This role is designed for a self-starter who is oriented toward client success and can autonomously manage the full lifecycle of paid media accounts. The Strategist works closely with account leadership to evolve service strategies while taking hands-on responsibility for keyword research, ad copy development, bid optimizations, and routine campaign management. The ideal candidate excels at providing forward-thinking insights and understands the specific levers to pull to drive high-quality lead generation and performance in the B2B space.Campaign Ownership & Execution
Fully owns and executes performance marketing via paid social and paid media native platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Meta, Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
Manages all client budgets with precise pacing and provides expert advice on budget changes to maximize ROI and lead quality.
Ensures 100% on-time delivery of builds and production with rigorous QA to prevent any revenue-impacting errors.
Leads continuous optimizations to improve performance metrics relative to client-specific B2B goals and conversion targets.
Strategic Communication & Reporting
Acts as the primary internal contact for team communication regarding performance, strategy recommendations, and deliverables.
Provides weekly progress recaps to clients, outlining performance insights and actionable future recommendations.
Maintains client testing roadmaps and ensures the seamless execution of project next steps.
Leverages data to "tell a story," articulating complex results to key stakeholders with clear, defined next steps.
Marketing & Business Strategy
Demonstrates a complete understanding of the full marketing funnel and how to execute it effectively via paid media for B2B audiences.
Navigates roadblocks and adapts strategies to changing market landscapes to achieve desired outcomes.
Employs AI technologies and proprietary ecosystem tools to enhance and optimize business processes.
Experience: 2–3 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 1–2 years in an agency setting.
Technical Expertise: 2–3 years of hands-on experience with at least 2+ major paid advertising channels (LinkedIn and Google/Bing experience is highly preferred for B2B).
Specialization: Experience in campaign development, including bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy development, and lead generation strategy.
Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics and the Google/Microsoft Office Suites.
Communication: Strong written and verbal English skills; highly confident in client-facing presentations and internal team collaboration.
Traits: Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills.
