The Head of Operations & Client Services will oversee the operational engine behind the firm’s recruiting function. This role is responsible for ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for clients and candidates while maintaining efficient internal systems, workflows, and processes.
Working closely with the Chief Talent Officer and recruiting team, this individual will manage recruiting operations, client deliverables, internal systems, and cross-functional projects that support firm growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, systems-oriented, and experienced in operating at the intersection of recruiting operations, project management, and business operations.
