Job Description

Position: Remote Monitoring Assistant

Number of hours: 40 hours/week

Schedule: PST (Daytime PH), 7 days a week

Tasks required:

  • Monitor 60 CCTV cameras remotely, ensuring all warehouse areas are under surveillance during the evening shift (PST / Daytime PH).

  • Identify, record, and report any anomalies or odd activities (e.g., unauthorized access, suspicious movements, or security breaches) in real time.

  • Submit hourly reports via WhatsApp and email to the team, documenting all observations, including any incidents, anomalies, or system issues.

  • Immediate escalation of any critical issues or security concerns to the appropriate team members.

  • Maintain detailed logs of all incidents and security activities, ensuring accurate records are kept for reference and follow-up.

  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks related to security monitoring, such as system checks or security protocol updates.

  • Ensure adherence to security protocols, ensuring safe and secure operations at all times.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor multiple video feeds simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication skills (via WhatsApp and email) for clear and concise reporting.

  • Ability to produce accurate hourly reports, ensuring all key observations and anomalies are captured.

  • Basic proficiency in using CCTV monitoring systems.

  • Calm under pressure with the ability to assess situations and respond effectively to security threats or irregularities.

  • Prior experience in security monitoring, CCTV operations, or a similar field is preferred.

  • Reliable internet connection and access to a remote workstation (laptop/PC).

  • Fluent in English with excellent written communication skills.

  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently during shifts.

  • Willingness to work full-time, 7 days a week during evening hours (PST).
