Job Title: Remote Marketing Manager (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America
Position Type: Full Time
Salary $3,000 – $3,800 USD/month
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Pacific Time (PST). Active real-time alignment with US-based leadership is required, supported by strong asynchronous communication workflows.

The Role
Our Client is seeking a proactive, execution-obsessed Marketing Manager to take complete day-to-day operational ownership of their performance marketing and paid acquisition engine. This is a lean-forward leadership role for a self-starter who turns strategic high-level concepts into launched campaigns, detailed briefs, and automated tracking structures. Supported directly by an external Strategy Advisor (Subject Matter Expert) and an in-house Google Ads Specialist, the successful candidate will own the execution pipeline end-to-end, serving as the central integration engine driving revenue across Meta and TikTok while aligning marketing cadences with high-stakes academic admissions cycles.
Key Responsibilities

Execution Ownership & Campaign Operations

  • Converts high-level strategic inputs from executive leadership into structured, fully executed multi-channel ad campaigns, asset development briefs, and operational project timelines.

  • Directs and owns the comprehensive quarterly marketing calendar, meticulously aligning paid spending with critical medical school admissions windows (e.g., MCAT preparation, Casper, Interview AI, PREview AI, and Comprehensive Consulting Packages).

  • Runs the standing marketing team cadence, driving accountability on action items, dissolving workflow friction points, and executing routine tactical choices independently.

Paid Media Strategy & Creative Engineering

  • Directs paid ad strategy and deployment across Meta (Primary) and TikTok (Secondary), while collaborating with the dedicated Google Ads Specialist to synchronize search and display campaigns.

  • Partners cross-functionally with content, video production, and graphic design units to develop, review, and iterate static and motion ad creatives based on clear performance signals (CTR, CVR, engagement, and retention metrics).

  • Formulates nuanced full-funnel targeting architectures spanning targeted cold traffic acquisition, lookalike mirroring, behavioral audience segmentation, and deep lifestyle retargeting across diverse student and parent personas.

Funnel Optimization & Sales Handoff Orchestration

  • Designs and optimizes post-conversion funnel mechanics, constructing landing pages, message matches, conversion rate optimization (CRO) tests, and high-intent booking/Video Sales Letter (VSL) sequences.

  • Interfaces directly with the sales development team to establish highly responsive "speed-to-lead" timing thresholds, ensuring booked leads are systematically bridged to setters while purchase intent is high.

Budget Management, Attribution & Analytics

  • Allocates monthly and quarterly media spend across target networks, engineering performance forecasts (CAC, ROAS, MQL-to-SQL conversion) and proactively adjusting budgets based on seasonal trends.

  • Validates data tracking and multi-touch attribution integrity across WooCommerce and Attio CRM platforms, utilizing Google Tag Manager to debug pixel data, tracking scripts, and event tags.

  • Leverages data pipelines to deliver insights-driven weekly and monthly performance updates to the CEO, utilizing Looker Studio or equivalent data-visualization applications.

  • Syncs with the lifecycle marketing division using Kit (formerly ConvertKit) to align automated nurture triggers, segmented promotional timelines, and email messaging with active paid campaigns.

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years of verified professional success in performance marketing, with a minimum of 3 years of direct, hands-on media buying experience inside Meta Ads Manager executing budgets of $20,000+ per month in ad spend.

  • Platform Fluency: Demonstrated technical competence scaling TikTok Ads campaigns (backed by verified conversion data or case studies) alongside modern Google Analytics 4 (GA4) setup patterns.

  • Funnel Integration Mastery: Documented background connecting paid direct-response pipelines smoothly into high-ticket sales or booking workflows (VSLs, automated scheduling flows, and lead-routing handoffs).

  • Technical Analytics Stack: Strong quantitative fluency handling tracking pixels, attribution architecture, Google Tag Manager deployment, and building custom metrics within Looker Studio.

  • Language & Communication: Elite verbal and written English communication skills, equipped to manage up to strategic consultants and steer fast-paced cross-department meetings asynchronously.

  • Workplace Infrastructure: Ownership of an isolated, completely quiet remote home workspace, a high-performance computer setup capable of handling heavy data modeling arrays, and a stable, high-speed internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior performance marketing experience within the education, EdTech, academic test preparation, or premium admissions consulting spaces.

  • Familiarity navigating the distinct decision-making psychology and customer journeys associated with students, pre-meds, residency applicants, and high-net-worth parents.

  • Hands-on experience working directly with Kit (formerly ConvertKit) or comparable lifecycle marketing Email Service Providers (ESPs).
