Job Title: Remote Marketing Assistant (100% Work From Home)

Salary: $1,500 USD/month
Schedule: Full-time (Standard US Business Hours / Alignment based on firm requirements)

Our Client is a rapidly expanding U.S.-based law firm specializing in high-trust legal sectors, including Estate Planning, Probate, Asset Protection, and Social Security Disability. Dedicated to delivering peace of mind and structural security to families and individuals, the firm leverages modern digital acquisition frameworks to reach local and regional communities. They foster a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and metrics-driven remote work environment focused on long-term client acquisition and professional development.
The Role
Our Client is seeking a proactive, highly organized, and data-driven Digital Marketing Assistant to support and scale the firm's online presence, lead generation pipelines, and active digital campaigns. Striking a unique balance between creative execution and technical analysis, the successful candidate will handle multi-channel marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO structures, and conversion funnels. This professional will ensure that inbound marketing streams operate efficiently, conversion barriers are minimized, and every campaign is backed by robust performance data and ROI reporting.
Key Responsibilities

Digital Advertising & PPC Support

  • Assists with the daily management, budget monitoring, and execution of Google Ads and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns.

  • Monitors multi-platform ad performance, identifies trends, and recommends data-driven budget optimizations.

  • Tracks foundational ROI, inbound lead quality scores, and cost-per-lead (CPL) performance to maximize marketing efficiency.

  • Organizes cross-channel analytics into transparent, weekly performance reports for leadership review.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Web Hygiene

  • Deploys comprehensive on-page SEO modifications, refining metadata, heading hierarchies ( $H1$, $H2$, etc.), internal linking models, image alt-text, and structural content layout.

  • Supports off-page search engine initiatives, including backlink development tracking, regional citation auditing, and localized legal directory management.

  • Monitors organic keyword rankings, website traffic changes, and technical Google Search Console impressions to identify visibility gaps.

Paid Social Media & Funnel Management

  • Assists with building and launching targeted social media campaigns across Meta Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram, Reels), LinkedIn, and TikTok.

  • Coordinates organic and paid content posting calendars, tracking engagement metrics and ad creative lifecycle wear.

  • Monitors conversion funnels and dedicated landing page performance to improve front-end user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

  • Connects data hooks and coordinates automated lead-routing workflows and database tracking sequences where applicable.

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies
Required Qualifications
  • Technical SEO Foundation: Verified experience executing standard on-page technical optimization and managing off-page backlink/citation pipelines.

  • PPC Competence: Practical, hands-on exposure to Google Ads interfaces, keyword targeting, and conversion metric tracking.

  • Marketing Math Literacy: Clear understanding of core performance metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, Cost-Per-Lead (CPL), and return on ad spend (ROAS).

  • Technical Web Coding: Foundational knowledge of basic HTML for editing website layouts, formatting rich content, and installing tracking scripts or pixels.

  • Language & Reporting Skills: Fluent written and spoken English communication skills paired with strong Microsoft Excel data organization habits.

  • Hardware & Workplace Infrastructure: A secure, completely quiet home office setup equipped with a minimum of 16 GB RAM, an Intel i5/i7 (10th Gen or newer) or Ryzen 5/7 processor, and a rock-solid, high-speed internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior digital marketing experience supporting a U.S. law firm, legal practice, financial firm, or identical high-trust, regulated professional service industry.

  • Hands-on familiarity using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and SEO diagnostics tooling (e.g., SEMrush or Ahrefs).

  • Experience configuring API hooks, tracking pixels, or automation software such as Zapier, alongside no-code content management platforms (e.g., Wix).

  • Basic creative design skill using tools like Canva to rapidly format or resize campaign assets.
