Are you:
As our Remote Maintenance Operations Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to lead and manage a team of field technicians You'll set expectations, coach in real time, and ensure your team delivers high-quality work on schedule.
You will also coordinate maintenance operations by assigning work orders, prioritizing urgent requests, and keeping communication flowing between technicians, residents, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Performance Management
Dispatching & Operations
Assign and prioritize work orders based on technician skill set, urgency, and geography
Monitor real-time progress and make necessary adjustments
Communicate with residents to confirm appointments and manage expectations
Review timecards, materials, and notes for accuracy before closing out work
Track KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvement
Collaborate with the maintenance leadership team on scheduling, routing, and resource allocation
