This is a venture investment syndicate committed to delivering above-market returns while increasing visibility, representation, and access for underrepresented communities in the venture capital space, particularly the LGBTQIA+ community and its allies. Founded in 2015 and based in New York City (though fully remote), the company operates with a team of under 100 employees, including an Operations team of approximately 10–20 people.
Their mission is to co-invest with top VC firms in startups that actively commit to building inclusive and diverse teams. They combine social impact with strong financial performance in one of the most dynamic areas of the finance world.
The Investment Operations Analyst will play a key role in executing operational processes and maintaining the integrity of fund administration across the organization. This is a cross-functional role with a current focus on Fund Operations and Administration, including legal documentation review, fund data management, third-party coordination, investor communication, and reporting.
Analysts have the opportunity to collaborate across teams and may rotate into additional functions over time (tax, exits, data, etc.).
Support full investment lifecycle from deal intake to close
Manage documentation and signatures from portfolio companies and investors
Review legal documents for accuracy and completeness
Calculate fees, allocations, and reconcile fund investment activity
Handle fund accounting tasks and support audits alongside external teams
Generate reports on fund status, transactions, and holdings
Coordinate closely with fund administrators to ensure accurate reporting
Maintain up-to-date records in Airtable and other internal systems
Prepare and summarize performance data and company updates
Assist tax operations with data validation
Collaborate with exits team to track and communicate liquidity events
Draft investor notes and support timely, compliant processing of exit-related matters
Required:
Strong written and spoken English
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Excellent written communication
Self-starter with a proactive attitude
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Math, or related fields
Experience working with financial statements
1–2 years of relevant experience (preferred)
Reliable internet and personal laptop
Preferred:
Familiarity with GAAP accounting or fund administration
Experience using Airtable or similar low/no-code platforms
Experience collaborating with third-party administrators
Comfort interpreting legal agreements like LLC operating agreements
Previous involvement in fund audits or reconciliations

Payment: Monthly via ACH or wire transfer in USD or local currency
