We're actively hiring Remote Interim Support Coordinators to support a leading pharmaceutical patient support program. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with healthcare customer service, insurance, reimbursement, patient services, or contact center experience who are passionate about helping patients navigate their healthcare journey.

📅 Start Date: September 28, 2026
📅 Assignment Ends: November 13, 2026
⏰ Schedule: 40 hours/week, 5 consecutive days with 2 days off
🕒 Available Shifts: 8AM-5PM, 10AM-7PM, or 11AM-8PM
✅ Provide inbound support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers
✅ Assist with program enrollment, reimbursement processes, and affordability support
✅ Help patients access prescribed therapies by coordinating resources and services
✅ Support Care Coordinators and Reimbursement Specialists with patient case management activities
✅ Build relationships with patients and provider offices while delivering exceptional customer service
✅ Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with program requirements
✔ Healthcare customer service, contact center, insurance, reimbursement, medical billing, or patient services experience
✔ Strong communication, problem-solving, and de-escalation skills
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
✔ Knowledge of medical insurance terminology, healthcare benefits, and reimbursement processes preferred
✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
✔ Experience using CRM systems and handling multiple applications simultaneously
📚 Training is conducted onsite in North Carolina and lasts more than 5 weeks
💻 Remote work following training requirements
⏱ Overtime is not anticipated, but any approved OT is paid at time-and-a-half
This is a Contract position based out of Morrisville, NC.
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
