Job Title: Remote Inside Sales Representative (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary: $1,000 USD/month base + uncapped commissions (Realistic OTE: $1,800 – $2,500 USD/month) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Arizona Time (MST). One-hour unpaid lunch.

Our Client is a fast-growing home services company based in Arizona, specializing in premium residential window cleaning and screen replacement. They have built a system-driven business powered by operational excellence and a sales-first culture. Driven by aggressive Meta and Google ad campaigns, Our Client is looking for top-tier talent to help manage their rapidly expanding volume of recurring service contracts and residential projects.
Our Client is seeking a high-skill Inside Sales Representative to convert warm inbound leads into long-term quarterly and biannual service contracts. This is not an appointment-setter role; it is a position for a professional closer. You will handle 50–60 window cleaning leads and 50–60 screen replacement leads per week. Success in this role requires "speed-to-lead," the ability to lead high-stakes conversations, and the confidence to handle objections in real-time to secure recurring revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Conversion

  • Calls new inbound leads within minutes of receipt to maximize close rates.

  • Conducts high-volume outbound follow-ups (phone, text, email) on unsold estimates until a clear resolution is reached.

  • Converts one-time inquiries into recurring service contracts (quarterly or biannual).

  • Qualifies and books appointments for the screens replacement pipeline.

  • Meets and exceeds weekly and monthly close rate and revenue targets.

Pipeline & Data Management

  • Manages a personal sales pipeline within GoHighLevel, ensuring every lead status and follow-up is documented.

  • Handles direct scheduling of cleaning jobs and appointments using the field service management platform FieldRoutes

  • Maintains accurate records of all customer interactions for quality assurance and performance tracking.

Professional Development

  • Participates in regular coaching sessions and call reviews via Fireflies

  • Engages in ongoing sales training to sharpen objection-handling and rapport-building skills.

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies

Required

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in phone sales (B2C or home services preferred). Outstanding candidates with 2 years and a proven closing record will be considered.

  • Language: Native or near-native English fluency with a neutral accent and the ability to build rapport with US homeowners effortlessly.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in GoHighLevel or a similar CRM, and comfort with call recording software for coaching purposes.

  • Setup: High-speed internet (50 Mbps+), modern computer, professional headset, and a quiet, dedicated workspace.

  • Attributes: Self-directed and highly organized; must be a "closer" who asks for the sale on every call and handles objections gracefully.

Preferred

  • Direct experience in home services (Pest control, lawn care, pool service, HVAC, etc.).

  • Prior experience with FieldRoutes

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

  • Experience selling subscription-based or recurring contract products.

  • Availability to take new inbound leads on weekends for additional commissions.
