Job Title: Remote Head of Content & Social Media Manager (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary $2,000 USD

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM US Central Time (CT) Our Client is a leading niche media business. They provide inspiration, floor plans, and expert resources to a highly engaged community of homeowners and enthusiasts in the Home & Garden space. As a digital-first media brand, they specialize in showcasing the unique aesthetic and functional appeal of barndominium-style homes across all major social and video platforms.
The Role
Our Client is seeking a hands-on, creative, and highly organized Head of Content / Social Media Manager This is a high-ownership role designed for a self-starter who can bridge the gap between architectural design and viral social media growth. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of content—from designing floor plans and generating AI renders to coordinating on-site photography and managing multi-channel distribution. The goal is to offload the strategic scheduling and content production engine to a lead who understands how to grow audiences across Facebook, IG, TikTok, X, and Pinterest.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Design

  • Designs custom floor plans and architectural renders using Canva for organic distribution across all social channels.

  • Utilizes MyArchitectAI to generate high-quality renders of existing plans and executes Meta ad tests to measure engagement.

  • Sources real-world barndominium owners to secure building permissions and transform their personal builds into compelling brand content.

  • Re-engages past house plan clients to collect high-quality build photos for social proof and testimonials.

Social Media Management & Distribution

  • Owns the scheduling and publishing of vertical video content across FB, IG, X, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

  • Manages the publication of long-form horizontal video content on YouTube.

  • Repurposes organic assets (floor plans and renders) into optimized creative for paid campaigns on Meta, X, Pinterest, and TikTok.

  • Maintains a consistent posting cadence to drive community growth and brand authority.

Production Coordination

  • Acts as the primary point of contact for photography crews, coordinating on-site shoots of standout homes.

  • Transforms raw professional photography and footage into high-performing social posts and editorial content.

  • Reports directly to the founder to ensure creative alignment and strategic growth goals.

Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies


Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven track record in social media management with specific experience growing accounts on Facebook, IG, TikTok, X, and Pinterest

  • Design Skills: Proficiency in Canva and a strong eye for architectural/home design aesthetics.

  • Attributes: A true self-starter who can manage complex scheduling and coordination tasks with minimal supervision.

  • Language: Fluent English communicator (all accents welcome).

  • Technical Setup: Must have a reliable personal computer and high-speed internet connection suitable for video and high-resolution image work.

  • Availability: Exclusively dedicated to the firm during US Central business hours (8 AM – 4 PM CT).


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in the Home & Garden, Real Estate, or Architectural industries.

  • Experience with AI rendering tools (e.g., MyArchitectAI) or floor plan design software.

  • Familiarity with the "Barndominium" or "Modern Farmhouse" design trends.
