Job Title: Remote Growth Marketing Manager (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary $2,500 – $3,500USD/month depending on experience paid via Gusto or Wise

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm Eastern Time
Our Client Our client is transforming the payments industry for small businesses. Their platform enables merchants—from tattoo shops to retail storefronts—to reduce credit card processing costs through dual pricing, access modern point-of-sale tools, and earn cashback.
They operate with a strong focus on transparency, shared success, and customer-first innovation, and are rapidly scaling. As they grow, they are looking to build a high-impact marketing function from the ground up, starting with a foundational growth marketing hire. The Growth Marketing Manager will own and execute the company’s end-to-end marketing strategy, managing the full funnel from awareness through qualified lead handoff. This is a highly hands-on, full-stack growth role that combines strategic thinking with execution across channels.
This individual will be directly accountable for inbound lead generation, funnel conversion rates, and marketing-driven revenue outcomes. The role also includes managing external partners such as freelancers and agencies to ensure high-quality, on-time deliverables aligned with brand and performance goals.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced startup environments, is highly data-driven, and has a strong experimentation mindset. Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy & Experimentation

  • Own and execute the full growth marketing strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and referral

  • Design and run rapid experimentation cycles (A/B tests, landing pages, offers, and channels)

  • Build and prioritize a growth backlog using frameworks such as ICE or RICE

  • Identify and scale high-impact growth channels

Inbound Lead Generation

  • Own monthly inbound lead targets and performance against them

  • Develop lead magnets, gated content, and interactive tools (e.g., calculators, quizzes)

  • Build and optimize end-to-end nurture workflows within HubSpot

  • Continuously improve lead scoring, segmentation, and handoff to sales

Analytics & Performance

  • Define, track, and report on key marketing KPIs (lead volume, MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, CAC, ROAS, LTV:CAC, pipeline velocity)

  • Build dashboards and reports using HubSpot and Google Analytics

  • Translate data into actionable insights and optimization strategies

  • Maintain clear attribution between marketing efforts and revenue outcomes

Marketing Automation & CRM (HubSpot)

  • Serve as the primary HubSpot owner (CRM configuration, workflows, reporting, segmentation)

  • Build automated campaigns, behavioral triggers, and lifecycle workflows

  • Ensure data hygiene and accurate attribution tracking

Digital Acquisition & Website Optimization

  • Manage paid acquisition channels including Google Ads and Meta Ads

  • Oversee SEO strategy and content optimization

  • Optimize website performance and conversion rates within Webflow

Content & Brand Execution

  • Develop and oversee content across blogs, landing pages, ads, emails, and sales materials

  • Maintain a consistent, trust-driven brand voice across all channels

  • Manage and execute social media publishing across platforms

Contractor & Vendor Management

  • Source and manage freelancers, agencies, and contractors

  • Set clear briefs, timelines, and quality expectations

  • Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and aligned with brand standards

  • Manage external budgets efficiently


Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or inbound marketing

  • Proven track record of driving measurable lead generation and funnel growth

  • Advanced experience with HubSpot (workflows, automation, lead scoring, reporting)

  • Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, CRO, and full-funnel strategy

  • Experience managing freelancers, contractors, or agencies

  • Strong analytical skills with experience building and interpreting marketing dashboards

  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills

  • Experience managing social media content and publishing

  • English proficiency (C1+)

  • Self-starter with a startup mindset—comfortable owning outcomes and moving quickly

Preferred:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments industries

  • Experience with Webflow (CMS, landing pages, optimization)

  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMRush or Ahrefs

  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Hotjar, Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite
