Our client is a growing private neuropsychology practice based in California that provides neuropsychological evaluations, therapy services, and immigration psychological evaluations for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
The practice is deeply committed to compassionate, patient-centered care and serves both English- and Spanish-speaking communities. As the team continues to grow, they are seeking a highly proactive and empathetic Executive Assistant to support daily operations, patient communication, scheduling, and administrative coordination.
The Executive Assistant will serve as a key operational and patient support partner within the practice. This role combines executive support, patient coordination, administrative management, and light marketing assistance in a collaborative and mission-driven environment.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, emotionally intelligent, proactive, and comfortable communicating with patients in both English and Spanish. This person should be able to think independently, anticipate needs, and help create a seamless and supportive patient experience.

Remote position
Initially part-time (approximately 20 hours/week) during training period
Transition to full-time (40 hours/week) after approximately 90 days
Preferred working hours aligned with Pacific Time business hours
Compensation range: approximately $1,500–$1,800 USD/month full-time equivalent (depending on experience)
