Job Description


A UK-based startup accelerator & pre-seed venture capital firm supporting early-stage tech founders is looking for a highly organized Remote Executive Assistant to support senior leadership.


What you’ll do:


  • Manage executive calendars, meetings & inboxes

  • Coordinate across founders, investors & partners

  • Prepare reports, presentations & meeting notes

  • Track tasks, deadlines & follow-ups

  • Provide reliable day-to-day executive support in a fast-paced environment

  • Support senior executives with scheduling and coordination

  • Manage emails, meetings, and reports

  • Liaise with founders, investors, and partners


Requirements


What we’re looking for:


  • 3–5+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field

  • Strong communication & organizational skills

  • Comfortable working remotely and across time zones

  • Experience supporting senior executives (startup/VC exposure is a plus)

  • Proficient in Google Workspace, MS Office & collaboration tools
