Job Title: Remote E-Commerce Operations Assistant (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America
Position Type: Part-time (Contract, 20 hours per week with clear path to Full-time)
Salary$12.00 – $15.00 USD/hour based on experience
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM US Eastern Time (EST). Note: As the business expands, this role has a direct pathway to transition into a full-time, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST schedule.

Following a deliberate corporate reset and inventory liquidation, the enterprise is executing a comprehensive market relaunch featuring upgraded formulation structures, premium brand design, and a highly optimized product ecosystem built for long-term scalability. They operate a lean, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment where operational precision directly translates into market capture.
Our Client is seeking a highly proactive, organized, and systems-minded Founder’s E-Commerce Operations Assistant to act as the primary operational force behind the brand's re-emergence. This is not a traditional virtual assistant role; it is a high-accountability position requiring a deep understanding of multi-channel e-commerce infrastructure, backend logistics, and data pipelines. Working in direct alignment with the Founder, the successful candidate will assume complete ownership over the day-to-day execution of Shopify/Amazon platforms, supplier manufacturing timelines, 3PL logistics routing, and market research reporting.
Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce & Supply Chain Logistics

  • Monitors and manages daily operations across storefronts, ensuring peak operational performance on both Shopify and Amazon channels.

  • Audits, updates, and optimizes digital product listings, backend operational assets, and tracking systems.

  • Coordinates complex fulfillment workflows—generating shipping manifests, tracking product batches, and managing synchronization with third-party logistics (3PL) partners and warehouses.

  • Analyzes daily inventory volume across sales channels to mitigate stockout risks and predict restocking cycles.

Vendor Management & Strategic Research

  • Serves as the primary administrative bridge between the brand and manufacturing vendors, raw ingredient suppliers, and logistics providers.

  • Tracks, pushes, and reports on supply production timelines, strict delivery deadlines, and QA metrics.

  • Conducts thorough competitive market analysis, pricing audits, and supplier sourcing research, compiling data into actionable side-by-side comparison matrices for executive review.

Executive Founder Support

  • Safeguards the Founder's schedule by independently resolving routine operational data blocks and filtering administrative priorities.

  • Organizes cross-departmental workflows to keep active branding and inventory projects moving smoothly toward launch milestones.

  • Delivers brief, structured daily and weekly operational updates utilizing a strict logic layout: Update $rightarrow$ Action Taken $rightarrow$ Recommendation $rightarrow$ Founder Tasks

Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of documented success in e-commerce operations, digital project coordination, business operations, or high-level executive assistance.

  • Platform Expertise: Advanced, hands-on administrative command of Shopify and/or Amazon Seller Central

  • Logistics Acumen: Verified background supervising physical supply pipelines, tracking multi-channel inventory counts, handling 3PL coordination, and managing order fulfillment.

  • Language Integration: Flawless written and verbal English communication skills, equipped to manage vendor negotiations and generate professional executive summaries.

  • Workplace Infrastructure: Ownership of a highly reliable, up-to-date computer setup, a secure home workspace, and a stable, high-speed internet connection capable of supporting simultaneous cloud-based enterprise platforms.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Past experience managing supply pipelines or digital storefronts specifically within the nutritional supplement, health/wellness, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or premium lifestyle brand sectors.

  • Deep operational familiarity with Amazon FBA protocols and advanced multi-warehouse inventory reconciliation.

  • Experience assisting a direct-to-consumer (DTC) or e-commerce brand specifically during a scaling, launch, or restructuring phase.
