Job Title: Remote E-commerce Marketplace Administrator (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary $1,600 – $1,700 USD/month Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) (Includes 1-hour lunch)

The Role

Our Client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketplace Administrator to serve as the operational backbone of their e-commerce team. This role is critical to ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient order routing, inventory tracking, and precise data management. The successful candidate will navigate complex logistics, manage high-volume spreadsheet reporting, and provide professional customer support to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. This is a fast-paced position requiring a proactive problem-solver who can balance technical data entry with high-level customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Order Processing & Logistics

  • Efficiently routes and places daily orders with vendors, selecting the optimal warehouse location to ensure on-time delivery.

  • Accurately inputs tracking information into automated systems and proactively resolves shipping errors or delays.

  • Monitors the fulfillment cycle to guarantee that next-day delivery standards are consistently met.

Inventory & Data Management

  • Maintains daily stock and inventory sheets, performing weekly updates for multiple regional and vendor feeds.

  • Compiles and updates daily sales data collections to keep leadership informed of real-time performance.

  • Conducts daily competitive price checks across online platforms to ensure market alignment.

  • Manages vendor pricelists and accurately tracks vendor rebates to optimize purchasing reports.

Customer Support & Order Maintenance

  • Actively monitors buyer communications and support tickets, responding via email and phone in a timely, professional manner.

  • Facilitates the delivery of technical product information and processes return instructions for customers.

  • Updates seller notes and internal databases with up-to-date product and shipping information.


Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies
Required Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.

  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets; comfort with spreadsheet formulas and heavy data entry is highly preferred.

  • Communication: Professional-level English (reading, writing, and speaking) with excellent customer service etiquette.

  • Geographic Knowledge: Good understanding of US Geography to assist with warehouse selection and estimating shipping transit times.

  • Work Style: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

  • Adaptability: Flexible and highly adaptable to changing priorities in a high-speed e-commerce environment.
