Job Title: Remote Dispatcher & Customer Service Representative (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary $1,200 – $1,500 USD/month Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) (Includes 1-hour lunch break)

Our Client is a premium mobile pet grooming service providing convenient, low-stress care directly to pet owners across the greater Sacramento, California area. As a fast-growing, small, and tight-knit team, they are dedicated to operational excellence and high-quality customer care. Our Client is looking for a reliable, professional voice to serve as the primary point of contact for their customers and the central hub for their daily mobile operations.

The Role
Our Client is seeking a Dispatcher & Customer Service Representative to be the operational "heart" of the business. This role is a hybrid of sales, logistics, and customer relations. The successful candidate will not only manage complex scheduling and route coordination for the groomers but will also act as a high-performance closer—converting inbound inquiries into booked appointments by selling the value of premium mobile grooming. This is a high-ownership role that requires a calm-under-pressure mindset and a genuine love for building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Conversion

  • Answers inbound calls and messages with enthusiasm, clearly explaining mobile grooming services and premium pricing models.

  • Acts as a closer by confidently guiding potential customers to a booking decision and selling the convenience of the service.

  • Follows up with leads and manages the waitlist to ensure maximum schedule density and revenue.

Dispatch & Logistics

  • Coordinates daily routes and timing for the mobile grooming units, ensuring efficiency for the groomers.

  • Manages the appointment lifecycle: scheduling, rescheduling, and handling cancellations with precision.

  • Maintains accurate digital records for all clients and their pets within the company’s CRM and scheduling software.

  • Relays real-time updates and field issues to the owner and team promptly.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Handles customer concerns and inquiries with a warm, professional, and solution-oriented approach.

  • Builds trust and long-term loyalty through clear and consistent communication.

  • Maintains a quiet, professional environment for all client interactions to uphold the brand's premium image.


Required Qualifications

  • Language: Fluent spoken and written English; must be able to communicate warmly and professionally with US-based pet owners.

  • Experience: Strong background in customer service or sales; must be comfortable "asking for the sale" and handling objections.

  • Schedule: Must be available full-time Tuesday through Saturday (Saturdays are non-negotiable).

  • Technical Skills: Comfortable using VoIP phone systems, CRM tools, and specialized scheduling software.

  • Attributes: Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage a moving schedule independently.

  • Setup: Reliable high-speed internet connection and candidate-owned equipment (computer and professional headset).


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a Dispatcher, Appointment Setter, or Virtual Assistant.

  • Experience in the pet service industry (grooming, veterinary, or pet sitting).

  • Background in home-service or route-based businesses (e.g., HVAC, pest control, or delivery).

  • Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus.
