The Dispatcher will play a central role in managing daily schedules, coordinating appointments, supporting client communication, and helping maintain efficient operations for a growing mobile service business.

This person will help create positive client experiences, optimize scheduling logistics, and proactively resolve issues before they impact customers or groomers.

Manage inbound calls, text messages, and appointment booking requests
Build and maintain efficient daily schedules based on geography, routing, and service logistics
Communicate with clients to confirm, adjust, and support appointments
Deliver a positive and professional first impression for both new and existing clients
Support appointment conversion through proactive communication and follow-up
Encourage recurring appointment scheduling to strengthen long-term client relationships
Monitor schedules in real time and make adjustments as operational needs change
Track operational metrics such as appointments, cancellations, and repeat clients
Help maintain a consistent, high-quality customer experience across all interactions
Proactively identify scheduling conflicts or operational issues and resolve them efficiently
Collaborate closely with leadership to support day-to-day operational needs during company growth
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
