Job Title: Remote Dispatcher & Customer Service Representative (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America
Position Type: Full-time
Salary $1,500 USD/month
Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) (Includes 1-hour lunch break)

Our client is a growing mobile pet grooming company launching in South Jersey with a mission to provide high-quality, stress-free grooming experiences for pets while delivering exceptional customer service to pet owners.

As an early-stage business, they are building a team of proactive and dependable professionals who enjoy creating structure, improving operations, and contributing directly to the growth of the company.

They are seeking a Dispatcher who will serve as a key operational and client communication partner, helping ensure smooth scheduling, efficient routing, and an outstanding customer experience from the very first interaction.


The Dispatcher will play a central role in managing daily schedules, coordinating appointments, supporting client communication, and helping maintain efficient operations for a growing mobile service business.

This is more than a traditional scheduling role — the ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-oriented, and capable of making independent decisions to keep operations running smoothly. This person will help create positive client experiences, optimize scheduling logistics, and proactively resolve issues before they impact customers or groomers.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates professionally and warmly, and enjoys balancing customer service with operational coordination.

Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound calls, text messages, and appointment booking requests

  • Build and maintain efficient daily schedules based on geography, routing, and service logistics

  • Communicate with clients to confirm, adjust, and support appointments

  • Deliver a positive and professional first impression for both new and existing clients

  • Support appointment conversion through proactive communication and follow-up

  • Encourage recurring appointment scheduling to strengthen long-term client relationships

  • Monitor schedules in real time and make adjustments as operational needs change

  • Track operational metrics such as appointments, cancellations, and repeat clients

  • Help maintain a consistent, high-quality customer experience across all interactions

  • Proactively identify scheduling conflicts or operational issues and resolve them efficiently

  • Collaborate closely with leadership to support day-to-day operational needs during company growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in scheduling, dispatching, logistics coordination, or customer operations

  • Experience supporting service-based businesses

  • Experience working in startup or small business environments

  • Familiarity with route planning or appointment management systems
