Job Title: Remote Director of Operations (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $2,500 – $3,500 USD/month (commensurate with experience) + Annual Performance Bonus (15% to 30%)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Eastern Time / ET, including a 30-minute lunch break; occasional flexibility required for client escalations

Job Overview

Our Client is seeking a hands-on, metrics-driven Director of Operations to manage and scale day-to-day service execution across all three primary recruiting service lines. Moving seamlessly between high-level operational strategy and tactical process execution, this leader will establish performance KPIs, manage distributed recruiter workflows, optimize Bullhorn ATS usage, streamline end-to-end financial operations (contract setups, invoicing, collections, accruals), and resolve client service escalations to drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Cross-Service Line Execution & Team Leadership

• Owns daily operational management across direct hire staffing, executive leadership search, and embedded RPO service delivery.
• Leads, directs, and coaches recruiters and offshore support staff, establishing explicit task ownership and holding team members accountable to delivery targets.
• Diagnoses operational bottlenecks, streamlines service workflows, and implements scalable organizational frameworks.

Metrics, KPIs & Operating Cadence

• Builds, tracks, and manages operational scorecards, KPI dashboards, and weekly performance reviews to maintain service visibility.
• Strengthens ATS administration (Bullhorn), ensuring rigorous data hygiene, standardized candidate tracking, and comprehensive executive reporting.
• Oversees the complete operational lifecycle from signed client contract through account setup, invoicing, revenue accruals, accounts receivable (AR) collections, and reporting.

Client Experience, Escalation Management & SOP Standardization

• Serves as the primary operational point of contact for client delivery issues and complex complaints, bringing escalations to swift resolution.
• Refines client onboarding processes, monitors ongoing account health, and optimizes client service protocols.
• Author and documents comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), establishing practical system controls to support multi-site growth.

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies

Required Qualifications

• Operations Leadership Experience: 5+ years of operational management experience within a recruitment agency, staffing firm, BPO, or professional services organization.
• People Management Track Record: 3+ years directly leading and managing operational teams against quantifiable performance benchmarks and KPIs.
• Systems & Administrative Proficiency: Hands-on experience managing ATS/CRM platforms, operational reporting, client invoicing workflows, and accounts receivable systems.
• Fluent English Communication: Fluent written and spoken English skills with confidence leading executive discussions, team meetings, and client resolution calls.
• Schedule Alignment: Full-time availability to work standard US Eastern business hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET), with flexibility to handle urgent client escalations.
• Remote Workspace Infrastructure: Quiet home office, high-performance computer setup, HD webcam, headset, and a high-speed internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct, hands-on experience utilizing Bullhorn ATS for recruiting operations and reporting (strongly preferred).
• Proven track record managing offshore, distributed, or remote delivery teams across time zones.
• Prior operational background supporting high-volume hiring environments (e.g., education, healthcare, hospitality).
• Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for operational analysis and data modeling.
