Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Dental Recruiter to join our team on a part-time basis (10–20 hours per week) This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in agency-side dental recruiting who is equally comfortable on the client-facing side of the business.

The right candidate will know how to represent our company professionally, build trust with clients, understand hiring needs quickly, and source quality dental talent from external facilities and organizations. This is not a clinic-based recruiting role. We are specifically looking for someone who has worked for a dental staffing/recruiting agency or an agency that recruits for dental professionals

Just as importantly, we need someone who can represent our company well to clients, build credibility quickly, and develop long-term relationships and partnerships that strengthen client retention and support business growth over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner directly with clients to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and practice goals
• Professionally represent the company in client-facing interactions, including intake calls, follow-ups, and relationship management
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and partnerships through consistent communication, trust, and high-quality service
• Serve as a strong representative of the company, ensuring clients feel confident in our professionalism, responsiveness, and recruiting capabilities
• Source, screen, and recruit qualified dental professionals from outside facilities and organizations
• Manage recruitment efforts for positions such as dentists, hygienists, assistants, office staff, and other dental support professionals
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines within the dental industry
• Present qualified candidates to clients in a clear, timely, and professional manner
• Maintain communication with both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
• Track recruiting activity, candidate progress, and client updates accurately
• Support business growth by helping strengthen client relationships through high-quality recruiting service

Qualifications

• Prior experience working for a dental recruiting agency or an agency that recruits for dental professionals
• Strong background in dental recruitment, especially in a client-facing capacity
• Experience recruiting dental professionals from other facilities, organizations, or practices
• Proven ability to represent a company well to clients and build strong, lasting professional relationships
• Strong ability to develop long-term partnerships with clients, not just fill open roles
• Ability to confidently communicate with clients, understand their needs, and provide a high level of service
• Strong understanding of dental roles, hiring challenges, and candidate markets
• Proven ability to source and place qualified dental talent
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a part-time capacity
