Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of freight brokerage or freight agent experience
• Active, transferable book of business
• Experience managing freight from pickup through delivery
• Ability to source carriers and negotiate rates
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Self motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to manage your own operations and customer relationships
• Ability to work remotely from anywhere in the United States
