  • Audits operating costs, constructs cash-flow projections, and delivers data-driven analyses to facilitate facility budgeting and cost-containment goals.

Team Leadership & Specialized Advisory Operations

  • Provides day-to-day operational leadership to accounting staff, delivering active technical coaching, constructive feedback, and professional development.

  • Directs and executes complex forensic accounting and books-cleanup initiatives, including reconstructing missing historical activity, fixing structural entries, and preparing clients for external audits.

  • Coordinates cross-functionally with client stakeholders and internal teams to streamline financial reporting workflows and scale operational efficiencies.

  • Enforces rigorous data security parameters and manages client workflows independently inside cloud ecosystems.

  • Software Mastery: Complete professional proficiency navigating QuickBooks (for accounts payable/receivable, complex bank clearing, and reporting structures).

  • Advanced Spreadsheet Modeling: Advanced proficiency inside Microsoft Excel, with demonstrated expertise executing complex lookup functions (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP), dynamic pivot tables, data arrays, and macros.
