Miami Commercial Litigation Attorney
.

Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately
10+ hours per week
.

Attorney Responsibilities:

• 
  Assist with commercial litigation matters
• 
  Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents
• 
  Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy
• 
  Support active litigation files and help keep matters progressing efficiently
• 
  Assist with hearings, depositions, and other litigation-related tasks as needed

Attorney Requirements:

• 
  Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Florida
• 
  Located in Miami or the surrounding South Florida area
• 
  Minimum of 5 years of commercial litigation experience
• 
  Big law or large firm experience preferred
• 
  Federal clerkship experience is a strong plus
• 
  Strong drafting, research, and organizational skills
• 
  Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
• 
  Able to work independently

Our Attorney pay rate starts at $80/hour.
