Florida Probate Paralegal
.

Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately
10+ hours per week
.

Paralegal Requirements:

• 
  Minimum 5 years of experience as a Probate Paralegal with direct experience in Florida probate matters
• 
  Strong understanding of Florida probate procedures and processes
• 
  Experience drafting probate documents, including petitions, pleadings, inventories, and accountings
• 
  Ability to manage probate matters from start to finish
• 
  Strong client communication skills and ability to handle sensitive matters professionally
• 
  Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
• 
  Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• 
  Proven ability to meet deadlines and move cases forward efficiently
• 
  Self-starter who can take initiative and work independently
• 
  Proactive and professional communication skills

Our Paralegal pay rate starts at
$30/hour
