Our client has an opportunity for a qualified and experienced Florida Plaintiff’s Labor & Employment Attorney to provide research and drafting support. Remote work hours will vary but are expected to start at approximately 5+ hours per week . Attorney Responsibilities: Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and other employment litigation documents Conduct legal research on labor and employment issues Prepare legal memoranda and case analyses Review case files and supporting documents Assist with case strategy and litigation support Help manage deadlines and keep matters moving forward Provide additional back-end support as needed Attorney Requirements: Licensed and in good standing to practice Law in the State of Florida 5+ years of labor and employment litigation experience Strong plaintiff-side employment law experience Excellent legal research and drafting skills Experience with motion practice and discovery Strong analytical and written communication skills Responsive, dependable, and able to meet deadlines Organized and able to work independently Our Attorney pay rate starts at $90/hour .
