Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Business & Corporate Paralegal . Remote work hours will be approximately 5–10 hours per week, with availability during regular business hours . Paralegal Requirements: Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience Experience supporting business and corporate law matters Nonprofit experience preferred Real estate experience is a plus Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Clio Strong organizational and document-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable working independently in a remote, small-firm environment Dependable, responsive, and able to manage assignments with minimal supervision Our Paralegal pay rate starts at $30/hour .
