Job Title: Remote Community Manager (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote -- Latin America

Position Type: Full Time

Salary: $3,000 – $4,500 USD/month (depending on experience)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, ~40 hours/week; early US Eastern shift starting at 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM ET or 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM ET.

The Role

Our Client is seeking an experienced Senior Reddit Community Manager to own organic community engagement and brand narrative execution across multiple client subreddits. Working alongside the Reddit Team Lead, this professional will adapt to diverse brand voices, author authentic posts and comments without AI assistance, maintain advanced content calendars, foster relationships with subreddit moderators, and optimize community participation metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Voice Execution & Authentic Engagement

• Authors and dispatches 100% human-written posts, comments, and replies across targeted subreddits, precisely matching individual client tone guides without tone mixing.
• Engages daily within niche subreddits using community-favored formats, including detailed text posts, custom graphics, charts, memes, and polls.
• Researches and monitors target subreddit cultures, rules, moderator dynamics, and trending conversations to identify high-impact opportunities for organic brand participation.

Content Pipeline Management & Reporting

• Drafts and maintains a full month's worth of advance content for every assigned client account, ensuring seamless publishing schedules despite client review cycles.
• Tracks, analyzes, and presents monthly community performance reports—highlighting successful initiatives, content removals, and strategic iterations.
• Identifies early signs of community pushback or negative sentiment, flagging insights immediately to team leadership.

Subreddit Operations & Quality Leadership

• Manages technical Reddit tools, including subreddit administration, wiki maintenance, custom flair management, and moderator outreach.
• Builds organic rapport with active community members, top contributors, and subreddit moderators to establish platform authority.
• Serves as a quality benchmark for the internal team, sharing insights on Reddit algorithm shifts, community trends, and content performance.

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies

Required Qualifications

• Community & Copywriting Experience: 2+ years of professional experience writing for brands, agencies, or digital communities, with a strong focus on organic engagement.
• Native-Level Reddit Mastery: Deep personal and professional familiarity with Reddit mechanics, subreddit rules, moderator culture, and community etiquette.
• Multi-Brand Voice Flexibility: Exceptional ability to seamlessly switch between and maintain distinct brand voices within a single workday.
• Strict Human Writing Standard: Total commitment to crafting authentic, human-written content without relying on generative AI tools for final copy generation.
• Early US Eastern Schedule Alignment: Full availability to work early US Eastern hours (starting at 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM ET, Monday through Friday).
• Exceptional English Proficiency: Advanced, accent-neutral written and spoken English skills for public-facing community interaction.
• Remote Workspace Setup: Quiet, private home office, dedicated computer hardware, and a reliable high-speed internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active or former experience moderating subreddits or managing official brand community accounts.
• Basic graphic design capability using tools such as Canva to complement text posts with visual assets.
• Location in Argentina, Colombia, or Mexico.
