Most remote healthcare roles put you behind a queue — answering calls, moving messages, and working through a checklist without ever really becoming part of the clinical team.
This role is different.
Genesis is looking for a Remote Clinical Support Specialist who will work directly alongside our clinicians throughout the day. You’ll be embedded in the clinical workflow — interpreting for patients in real time, supporting a provider with documentation, managing incoming voicemail communication, and helping make sure the small things that keep patient care moving actually get done.
You’re remote. But you’re part of the clinic.
This is a hands-on remote clinical support role. Your day will move with the clinic, and priorities will shift based on what our clinicians and patients need.
The goal is simple: make it easier for clinicians to take care of patients.
You’ll help remove documentation and communication work from the clinical team while making sure patients — especially our Spanish-speaking patients — can communicate clearly with the people taking care of them.
Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is a full-spectrum MSK platform — surgery, physical therapy, and everything between — built on a single conviction: that world-class orthopedic care should be accessible to everyone, not just the patients with the right insurance card.
We operate 16 clinics across Chicagoland, run clinical trials, and have built a care delivery model that serves Medicaid patients at scale without compromising on quality. The care we deliver is good enough for anyone. We’ve made it accessible to everyone.
That model only works when clinicians have the support to focus on what matters most: taking care of patients.
This role helps make that possible.
If you’re looking for a remote healthcare role where you’re actually embedded in patient care — not just working through a queue — we want to talk.

Our goal at Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is simple: free our patients to be more active, more athletic, and to move freely in their bodies – accessible to everyone, not just the select few. That our patients, regardless of walk of life, move more freely, function better, and experience life to the full. We accept all public insurance as well as the uninsured.
