Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and objectives
• Research accommodations, transportation, destinations, and experience options
• Prepare customized recommendations based on each client's requests
• Coordinate reservations, confirmations, schedules, and related documentation
• Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, text, and online communication platforms
• Maintain accurate client records and monitor important deadlines
• Stay informed about supplier updates, promotions, and service offerings
• Build long-term client relationships through professionalism and exceptional service

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable using web-based software, email, and virtual communication tools
