In this role, you will communicate with clients to understand their individual needs, preferences, and expectations. You will research available options, organize information, provide recommendations, and assist clients throughout the planning and reservation process. You will also help ensure clients receive clear information, timely updates, and dependable support.
Responsibilities may include responding to inquiries, conducting client consultations, researching and comparing available options, preparing customized recommendations, coordinating reservations, maintaining accurate client records, following up on outstanding requests, and providing ongoing customer support.
Previous experience is not required. Training, resources, and continued guidance are provided. Candidates should be willing to learn new systems and processes and be comfortable completing training before working independently.
Successful candidates will have strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, basic computer knowledge, reliable internet access, and the ability to manage their time effectively. You should be comfortable communicating through phone, email, text, and online platforms.
