📅 Contract through November 2026
⏰ Full-time, 40 hours/week
✅ Serve as the primary contact for patients, providers, specialty pharmacies, and payers
✅ Coordinate patient benefits, product orders, and appointment scheduling
✅ Assist with prior authorizations, appeals, benefit verification, and reimbursement support
✅ Advocate for patients by helping them navigate affordability programs and access to therapy
✅ Handle inbound and outbound calls while delivering exceptional customer service
✅ Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to ensure a seamless patient journey
✔ Healthcare call center, HUB, patient services, reimbursement, insurance processing, or medical billing experience
✔ Strong knowledge of medical and pharmacy benefits, prior authorizations, and appeals
✔ Experience communicating with patients, physician offices, and specialty pharmacies
✔ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
✔ Ability to multitask across multiple systems and applications (CRM, phone systems, dual monitors)
✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
📚 Training is conducted onsite in North Carolina and lasts more than 5 weeks
🕗 Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

This is a Contract position based out of Morrisville, NC.
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
